Black parents at wits end are so called latch key children causing shootings?
When a parent is working two low wage jobs to keep a roof over the heads of their children who id to blame when youth and young adults are left to video games, gangs and violence in their hands. Do we blame the greedy developers who constantly go up on rents when pay is not unilaterally increased, are putting too much economic pressure on those making the lease trying to remain housed but in turn having less and less time to raise and spend with their children?
