Hands 2 Prevent Homelessness©
Mission
To prevent evictions and long term homelessness of children in destabilized family situations by providing support, education, prevention and transition services to their parents.
Objective

To transition families struggling or those who have been evicted back into a healthier financial position to become rehoused with a plan to remove their eviction barriers.

To prevent families from becoming unhoused where they use hotels as permanent housing solutions.

To help families recover from the cycle of homelessness by addressing their housing, money management and credit issues.

To offer families a way out of the eviction maze rebuilding their credit.
