The 4-40-400 Project our name is tied specifically
to our cause and mission

4- symbolizes the promise for those who stood resilient for centuries, facing relentless attacks on their dignity. The struggles of enslaved individuals and their descendants, who still fight against inequality, echoes loudly. This number represents the enduring spirit of Black Americans, deeply spiritually connected to their African ancestors, who have faced dehumanization and hostility while being forced into labor without recognition or reward. For too long, they have been treated as less than human, denied the respect and morality that should accompany people in any society. The injustices and financial exploitation were rooted in a mindset that saw them as mere assets for the wealth of others, dismissing their humanity entirely. -

echoes the promise of 40 Acres and a Mule—an opportunity that could have restored dignity and respect for our ancestors. The denial of this promise has had lasting repercussions, contributing to generations of financial oppression and the wealth gaps still evident in the lives of their descendants today. Let’s honor this legacy and continue to advocate for the justice that is long overdue!
- Represents the prophecy tied to the promise for the people who endured 4 centuries of attacks to their dignity, who were denied as enslaved persons and their descendants in survivorship are still denied equality in their treatment and respect of the humanity. 4 represents 4 centuries of Black Americans with African ties to their ancestors have endured the fact of being dehumanized, antagonized and forced to labor in slavery for an America with not morality, who allowed people to withhold the pay due for their labor because the brute mindset of those who used them to financially gain wealth from it while branded them as something less than human because of the conditions they were placed in and treated like animals. They slandered and treated them with disdain because of their strengths to survive the unthinkable, and still their ability to find joy in the mist of enduring pain to survive they considered them sub- human because of their different culture and skin, it is a remembrance of all the years of making payments around them and not to them impacting their finance, is is remembering them as an exchange for gains of their slave masters descendants and with that exchange we continue to be property of the American government denied centuries of human dignity as they were never paid for their own freedoms and body sovereignty.
-
40 - Is a reminder of the 40 Acres & Mule promise to our ancestors which would have done that dignity and respect of their personhood. But that too was denied which lead to the centuries of lineage financial oppressions and todays wealth gaps we see in the descendants lives.
-
400 in the title reminds us of the years that American government imposed a disparate injustice in treatment, ignoring to pay for harms done to us and our ancestors by denying equality of pay to them and us given to others who had harms done. 400 years and counting reminds us of the Bible prophecies of the people who would endure slavery and to hide the data of their impact in America there has never been a delineated analysis of comparison of how the specific oppress lineage descendants of slaves are fairing in American. The truth is that culture is still enduring harms tied to centuries of various financial oppressions through legislations which keeps descendants in financial strains with their families worrying about stability due to wealth inequities labeled as wealth gaps. These harms started from the inequities of slavery and continues today from withholding that money, tied to ancestral labor thefts not paid and the never forgotten losses and harms felt,, the brut maming, of not only physical but psychological and financial harm done over four centuries. The slave masters and their families beneficiaries behind closed doors and some now boldly in public hold pride to that legacy of unfair bias and inhumane treatments to a people captured and kidnapped which in itself was a criminal act. Yet they are the ones fighting with pride to deny and oppose the payments due which would began to harness a sense of equity as an act of forgiveness in their individual spirits. It would be between them in a act of faith and actions a way to ask for their ancestors lineage of forgiveness for which they benefit to make right the wrong done to the black descendants for the debt owed by the forced labors and toils of human beings which made America financially great and for which is their is a reason for the call of financial repair through Reparations payments "
The 4-40-400 project
our MISSION is to create a "Redistribution Income fund " to
provide financial reprieve to descendants as heirs of enslaved people denied legacies and to support their families, business and organizations.

OUR GOAL- Is to have people from every segment of society who benefits from that labor of those who built it without pay to participate
in building the fund addressing the wealth gaps of their descendants.

Whites, Blacks and others who live here including faith leaders, musicians, actors, athletes, social media influencers, business and philanthropist. They all can join the project and chip in to build this fund to began to do what is humane for the lineage descendants who were denied their financial legacies because america refuses to deal with what is owed for enslaving people contrary to the laws of the bible and the maritime laws of the land..

The "Four, Forty, Four Hundred Project, would be an interim project to support a rotating number of eligible descendant families or individuals every year providing up to 40 months of unrestricted support.

The project will support eligible organizations or community advocated groups created and led by descendants of enslaved persons who are focusing on the push for reparations to be paid directly to descendants for use anyway of their choice or to support their financial needs, business, family reprieves, investments and research to solve their specific individual or community issues. The fund will issue -Reparative Basic Income (RBI)-

The fund will offer individuals and families whose negative financial economic impacts stem from their lineage tied to the denial of paying their ancestors for their labor, overtime and fair pay of enslaved people in America something the others have requested and received and this practice of inequity was the basis of the United States Department of Labor who goes after bad actors whom people labor for and they refuse fair pay. The project recognizes the harm denied legacies from passing down to their relatives limiting their reinvest into future generations as the legacy ancestors. This lack of income extended to the financial gaps, instability, limiting educational opportunities, and impacted where they and their descendants could afford to live, how and if they could support political candidates delivering agendas that impacted their families. This loss along with the other economic hardships imposed by legislative policies and practices caused the creation of the huge income and wealth gaps we see today between Black Americans and those who the government provides support, reparations and stabilization assistance.
